Get the ingredients ready, this is the brand I like to use, especially the cream cheese, it tastes delicious.

Use the dry grinding function to break digestive biscuits into pieces. If you like to eat them with granules or lumps, you can also use a rolling pin to roll them out.

Add softened butter and mix well.

First put a layer of oil paper on the baking sheet, then put it on the baking sheet and spread it on the bottom. Refrigerate.

Beat the softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth with a whisk. Add eggs, egg yolks, yogurt, and light cream and stir. Finally, sift in cornstarch and stir evenly.

Take out the biscuit base from the refrigerator, pour the batter in, and shake it gently a few times to remove the air inside.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and heat up and down for 35-45 minutes. Place it in a baking pan and fill it with water (be careful not to pour too much water into the cheese.) Carefully put it in the oven.

Adjust the time based on the coloring. My large baking pan took 50 minutes.

I use a Sanneng 280×280×30mm plate, and the above recipe requires ×3. Generally, if you want to make a small amount in a small household oven, you can refer to my recipe. If the baking pan is large, you can use 2, 3, 4, etc. based on this recipe. The prepared cheese needs to be cooled and then placed in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours before cutting into pieces and eating.
