Fresh Spicy Black Bean Sauce
Overview
This is the first time I fried Mui Bei. I heard that Mui Bei is good for making soup 😂 but it’s also good when fried. My nephew couldn’t stop eating it.

Wash the Meibei you bought, soak it in water and salt for half a day, and let it spit out sand and other impurities.

Chop garlic and tempeh.

Pour an appropriate amount into the pot and sauté the minced garlic and black bean until fragrant.

Spoon in a spoonful of flavored tempeh: Because I didn’t have chili sauce at home, I used flavored tempeh. Friends can replace it with chili sauce.

Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry.

Sprinkle in salt and sugar.

Pour in a little cooking wine.

Add a little water, cover the pot and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Wait for Meibei to open.
