Overview
Use avocado pulp and put it in the dough to make toast! The bear mold used is very cute!

Put all the ingredients into the bread bucket and start the dough mixing process

Knead the dough until it is complete and place it at room temperature for basic fermentation for 1 hour

Ferment until doubled

Flatten the dough to deflate and divide into three parts. Two of the small balls are 35g each

Put all 3 pieces of dough into the bear mold and close the lid

Place in the oven for secondary fermentation

After the secondary fermentation is completed, preheat the oven and bake at 170 degrees for 30 minutes
