Mix flour with hot water to form a dough, cover tightly and let rest for 20 minutes.

Wash and chop green onions.

Divide the rested dough into 3 portions.

Take a portion of the dough and roll it into thin sheets. Drop in an appropriate amount of corn oil, chili oil and salt, and spread evenly without smearing on the edges.

Sprinkle in chopped green onions, press on both sides and roll up.

Roll up into a long cylinder shape.

Roll it up from one end into a round shape and flatten it.

Use a rolling pin to roll it out. Don't be too forceful. Complete the other two portions of dough in the same manner.

Heat enough oil in the pan. Add the dough and cook over low heat until golden brown on both sides.
