Soak yuba, wash and cut into sections

Wash and dice the pork belly

Cut onions and peppers with a hob, and mince garlic

Clean the pot, heat it up, add the pork belly and fry until lightly browned

Add onion, ginger, garlic and chili, stir-fry until flavourful

Add a small spoonful of dark soy sauce and stir-fry evenly

Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat, add yuba and boil again

Cook on medium-low heat for 20 minutes

Add a little salt to taste and bring to a high heat to reduce the sauce.
