Overview
Stir-fried water chestnuts with shrimps is a traditional dish in Tianjin. Water chestnuts are also called water chestnuts. Especially at family dinners during the New Year, it is a refreshing and delicious traditional dish suitable for all ages. I use shrimp money, commonly known as yellow money. It has more seafood flavor than farmed shrimp. Most of the water chestnuts in restaurants are canned, I use fresh water chestnuts.

Peel and wash the shrimps, make a slit on the back of the shrimps and remove the shrimp lines.
