Traditional Sauce Pork
Overview
My mother likes to eat food with thick oil and red sauce. During the Chinese New Year, I made some sauce meat for her. It has a soft texture and rich flavor. It is good for self-feeding or entertaining guests.

Select raw materials suitable for sauced meat, such as pork front tip or elbow (I chose one front tip and one back tip this time), and cut them into 10cm square pieces.

Put in water (add enough water at a time).

Cook until the soup is almost clear.

If it is the first time to make the sauce, just use water. This time I added the old soup.

Finally add soy sauce, appropriate amount of dry soy sauce and sweet noodle sauce.

Cover and cook for 4 to 5 hours until the meat is cooked through.

Marinate the meat in the sauce overnight to infuse it with flavor.

Just remove and slice before eating. If it doesn't taste enough, you can mix light soy sauce, salt, sugar and vinegar into a bowl of juice for dipping.

Heat the original sauce until it boils, filter out the seasonings and impurities, pour it into a clean, water-free container, and put it in the refrigerator so that it can be used next time.
