Red bean snack bag
Overview
After buying an oven, baking became my new hobby. Today I tried making red bean meal buns using vegetable oil and using soy milk instead of water. It was quite successful. Red beans have the effects of clearing away wind and heat, resolving dampness and replenishing the spleen, moisturizing and beautifying the skin. They contain more saponins and rich dietary fiber. Women should eat more

Ingredients
Steps
-
Mix all the ingredients, knead into a dough (use soy milk instead of water), knead to the expansion stage, and perform the first fermentation at room temperature.
-
It takes about two hours to ferment until it is 2-2.5 times larger. Look, everything is full
-
Knead the air out of the dough with your hands, divide the dough into 12 equal parts, roll each into a round shape, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
-
Take a round dough, roll it out with a dumpling stick, and add an appropriate amount of red beans (soak and cook the red beans in advance).
-
Make it into a bun shape and place it with the seam facing down.
-
Place the prepared small meal bags into a baking tray lined with oiled paper, leaving enough space between each dough for secondary fermentation (I placed it in the oven and added a can of hot water)
-
Brush a layer of whole egg wash on the risen meal bag.
-
Sprinkle some sesame seeds (I only have black sesame seeds at home, white sesame seeds are more beautiful), put the dough into the preheated oven, middle layer, heat up and down to 170 degrees for about 20 minutes.
-
Take it out of the oven until the surface is golden brown.
-
Remove and place on the baking sheet to cool. Very fragrant
