Overview
Shiitake mushrooms should be the most frequently seen on the dining table. They are rich in nutrients and extremely delicious. They are known as the king of mushrooms! Shiitake mushrooms nourish the liver and kidneys, strengthen the spleen and stomach, nourish qi and blood, improve intelligence, calm the mind, and beautify the skin. Today’s dish is called stir-fried shiitake mushroom slices, with some chili peppers. It’s a great appetizer and goes well with rice. It’s a highly recommended home-cooked dish.

Clean fresh mushrooms

Wash and rinse with some water

Thinly sliced lean meat

Cut green and red pepper into small pieces

Add minced ginger, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and vegetable oil to the meat slices to taste first

Pour vegetable oil into the pot. When it is hot, add the meat slices and spread them with chopsticks. When the color turns white, add the chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant
