The fresh pork ribs bought in the supermarket are very fresh looking at the color

Boil water in a pot and blanch the ribs to remove impurities and blood

Rinse the blanched ribs immediately in cold water and drain

Prepare the ingredients: Sichuan peppercorns and aniseed, ginger, onion and garlic. Cut and set aside

Pour water into the pot, add the pork ribs, add Sichuan peppercorns, aniseed, ginger, first-grade fresh soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, cooking wine and salt and cook over high heat for 30 minutes and then over medium heat for 20 minutes
