Rice cooker chocolate cake
Overview
I have nothing to do, so I just want to make cakes. I usually make the original flavor, but this time I wanted to try making the chocolate flavor. The recipe is actually very simple.

Steps
-
Have all materials ready.
-
Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. (Egg yolks must be beaten in a bowl without oil or water)

Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. (Egg yolks must be beaten in a bowl without oil or water)
-
Beat the egg yolks with a whisk.
-
Add a tablespoon of sugar to the beaten egg yolks and mix well.
-
Add half a carton of milk to the egg mixture and mix well. (The egg yolk has turned milky yellow at this time)
-
Add three or four drops of salad oil into the egg liquid and mix well.
-
Pour the chocolate cake mix bought from the supermarket (you can also use cocoa powder instead) into the egg mixture.
-
Use a whisk to make crosses (if you stir in circles, the steamed cake will not taste good) and beat the egg liquid and cake flour into a batter.
-
Sprinkle some yeast into the chocolate batter and mix well.
-
Pour the cake flour into the sieve.
-
Sprinkle in the cake flour.
-
Mix the batter evenly using a cross-like motion.
-
Rinse the whisk and wipe it dry with a dry cloth.
-
Next is the step of beating the egg whites. First, add a spoonful of sugar to the egg whites and mix well.
-
Then pour the vinegar in the bottle cap into the egg white and beat for five minutes.
-
Five minutes have passed and the beating is almost done. Add two spoons of sugar to the sponge protein and continue beating for another five minutes.
-
If it's like this, it's OK.
-
Pour the egg whites into the batter in three batches and mix well.
-
Fold a little high-gluten flour into the egg batter and stir evenly.
-
Sprinkle in yeast powder without stirring. (This will allow the inside of the bread to have honeycomb-like holes)
-
Because my phone is out of battery, I can't take a picture after putting it in the pot. Grease the wall of the pot with oil and press the keep warm button (if you have a rice cooker without a keep warm button, you don’t need to press it)
-
Pour the batter in again. Press the cooking button, wait twenty minutes, open the lid of the pot, and pierce the cake with a toothpick. If there are no impurities on the toothpick, it is ready.
