Stir-fried Dried Tofu with Lettuce and Vegetables
Overview
Originally, I was growing Psoralen, but maybe the seeds were mixed up, and some lettuce grew out. It was good, it was edible anyway, but not much grew, so I fried it with dried tofu.

Cut the lettuce into small pieces, mince the garlic, dice the dried beans, stir-fry until golden brown, set aside;

Turn on medium-high heat, heat the pan, add oil, add garlic and tempeh, and saute until fragrant;

Pour in the lettuce and stir-fry for a while;

Pour in the dried tofu and pepper slices, add 1/4 tsp of refined salt, 1/2 tsp of sugar, and 1/4 tsp of black pepper powder, stir-fry for a few times, pour 1 tbsp of light soy sauce and 1/2 tbsp of cooking wine on the side of the pot, mix well and serve.
