Braised lion head
Overview
Braised lion head is also called Sixi Meatballs. Sixi Meatballs are usually made up of large meatballs, which symbolize the four happy events of fortune, wealth, longevity and happiness. Often used as the centerpiece of wedding banquets and banquets, the recipe of Sixi Meatballs is basically the same as that of Lion Head. They are made with pork filling as the main ingredient, chopped green onion and some auxiliary ingredients, fried into meatballs, and then boiled and stewed.

Chop the pork and green onions.
