Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients
-
Cut the konjac tofu into thick pieces (looks like a matchbox)
-
Put water in the pot
-
When the water in the pot boils, put down the konjac tofu
-
Cook over high heat for 5 minutes
-
Chop the pork and add salt, egg white, sesame oil and light soy sauce.
-
Use a knife to make a small opening in the konjac tofu
-
Use chopsticks to put the meat into the opening of konjac tofu
-
Heat oil in a pan
-
While waiting for the oil to heat up, put down the konjac tofu (opening side down)
-
When the opening is closed, use a spatula to flip and fry the other sides
-
When the 3rd side is fried, add the chili sauce (I made it myself! It tastes great) and stir-fry over medium heat
-
Add minced ginger, garlic, salt, and soy sauce.
-
Pour in water, cover and cook
-
When the water is almost dry, add green onions and sesame oil (don’t cook it too dry and leave some soup for better taste)
-
Take out of the pot
