Prepare a pineapple

Cut the pineapple in half, scoop out the flesh, and set aside the shell.

Cut the cabbage, pineapple, shrimp, and ham into small pieces, break the eggs, stir and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add ham and stir-fry. (Follow this step to stir-fry all the ingredients)

Fry all the ingredients until cooked and put them on a plate and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, pour rice into the pan and stir-fry.

After frying, pour in the beaten eggs and stir-fry.

After frying for ten minutes, the rice will form into grains and will not stick together. Add salt and chicken essence halfway through.

Then pour in the fried ingredients and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Place the pineapple fried rice on top of the opened pineapple.
