Wash the toon.

Put it into a pot of boiling water and blanch until raw (add a few drops of oil and salt to the water).

Prepare the ingredients, the toon can be chopped into pieces, and the whole tree will have a different taste.

Add pepper and a pinch of salt to the eggs and stir into egg mixture.

Heat oil in a pan and add egg liquid.

Use chopsticks to scatter.
