Chicken meatball soup with shredded green radish
Overview
Autumn and winter are more suitable for eating radish, so I made a light and delicious radish vermicelli meatball soup. I used chicken breast for the meatballs, but you can use pork instead

Steps
-
Preparation materials: chicken breast, fungus, green pepper, green radish, vermicelli, onion, ginger and garlic
-
Put the chicken breast, fungus, green pepper, ginger and garlic into a food processor and smash, shred the green radish, and soak the vermicelli in boiling water for 5 minutes
-
Add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, black pepper, salt, and starch to the meat paste (if you add starch, you can add an egg, otherwise it will be too dry), and use chopsticks to stir in one direction to make the meat paste strong
-
Use a spoon to scoop out a spoonful of minced meat and roll it into meatballs. Boil water in a pot. After the water boils, add the meatballs
-
When the meatballs float to the surface, add vermicelli and shredded green radish
-
After cooking for about 1-2 minutes, add appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce to taste
-
Dish out and drizzle with sesame oil
