Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the celery, drain and chop into small pieces.
-
Put the chopped celery into a basin, add an appropriate amount of multigrain flour in batches (I used a mixture of white flour, black whole wheat and buckwheat flour), stir evenly with chopsticks, so that the chopped celery is evenly coated with a thin layer of flour, and there is no excess dry flour on the bottom of the basin.
-
It looks like this when mixed.
-
Add an appropriate amount of cold water to the pot, wet the cage cloth, and spread the mixed wheat rice evenly on the cage cloth.
-
Fold in all sides of the cage cloth, turn on medium heat, turn on the steam, and steam for 5 minutes. When the time is up, open the lid of the pot immediately. Do not let it simmer or it will turn yellow and look unsightly.
-
While steaming rice, wash and mince garlic sprouts.
-
Pour oil into the pot, add chopped garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, turn off the heat.
-
Pour the wheat rice into the pot, add appropriate amount of pepper powder and salt, mix well and season.
