Braised Pork with King Oyster Mushroom
Overview
The famous braised pork is loved by many people. However, braised pork requires pork belly to be fragrant, and pork belly has a lot of fat, so people often worry that it is harmful to health. But greedy people often seduce people, and they still make braised pork to eat from time to time. In order to be healthier, and also to participate in the activity of making old dishes new and different, I specially made a different braised pork today. This braised pork has king oyster mushrooms in it. This combination of meat and vegetables is healthier. Moreover, after adding king oyster mushrooms, the flavors of the meat and king oyster mushrooms absorb each other, making it taste better. The old dishes are made new, and the taste is really different. Those who love meat, give it a try.
