Overview
The weather is getting colder, so it’s time to add some high-calorie and high-protein foods. Today’s beef stew can be eaten in many ways. You can fish out the beef and eat it directly, or you can cook noodles with soup and meat. You can also fish out part of the beef and mix it with onions, potatoes, and carrots to make beef curry. Clean the beef

Pour cold water into the pot and bring to a boil over high heat
