Mutton skewers
Overview
Last time I used the ACA oven ATO-HB38HT to make soaked coconut milk buns. I felt that the coloring in this oven was very even. The coloring on the door side of the oven I used before was light and I had to change the direction of the baking pan halfway. It was very troublesome. I am very satisfied with the coloring in this oven so well. Today I used it to make my favorite lamb kebabs. I used the maximum oven temperature of 250 degrees. The maximum temperature of many ovens is only 230 degrees. I heard that it is not very good for making European bread, but I don’t know how to make European bread. I will learn it in the future so that I can make full use of this oven. , many people like to eat kebabs, but they often just cook them if they are not cooked properly. The taste is not as good as that of charcoal grilling. I feel that it would be better to grill it at the highest temperature and in the shortest time with the hot air function of the oven. So this oven is really a surprise for me who loves meat!
