Spicy wontons

Small wontons, a special snack, with meat, vegetables and soup, simple, quick and delicious. Can be used for breakfast, afternoon tea or late night snack. Do you want spicy oil? Outsiders don't understand it, but old Nanjing people understand it as soon as they hear it. In Nanjing, as long as you want to eat, you can eat it anytime and anywhere. It is sold in the streets and alleys, in big hotels and small workshops, from morning to night! Since the wontons sold outside contain a lot of MSG and chicken essence, and I am not sure about the meat filling, when I want to eat wontons, I chop the fillings myself and make them myself, so that my family can eat with more confidence.

Wrapping small wontons is quick: take a little minced meat and put it into a corner of the wonton wrapper. The wonton wrappers will not taste good if there is too much meat filling. Chop the pork in advance and add some salt, green onion, ginger and water to stir into a minced meat. Buy the wonton wrappers ready-made.

Hold down the stick and roll and fold to form a nest. You can wrap several in one minute.

Place the wrapped wontons on a non-stick baking pan, freeze the remaining wontons in the refrigerator, shape them into bags and store them. Take them out and cook them directly in the pan before eating, which is very convenient.

First, add the following ingredients: salt, dried shrimps, meat oil and spicy oil, and boiling water into a bowl of soup water. Stir well and set aside. Bone soup and chicken soup will be more fragrant, and you don't need to add meat oil.
