Stir-fried broad beans with bacon
Overview
In spring, all kinds of newly-launched vegetables and bacon are stir-fried, and the taste is amazing. This year's cured bacon was marinated in the sun using the method of dark soy sauce and rubbing salt. It tastes better than in previous years. The lean meat inside is bright red, and the fat meat is white. It is transparent and beautiful after frying. Unfortunately, there are too few marinated this year, so I cherish only a few pieces. I bought some broad beans and green peppers at the market to mix with, and fried a full plate. My family ate two more bowls of rice at once.
