Wash and shred green peppers.

Shred the pork.

Add water to the pot and cook the noodles,

Dish out and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and add onion and ginger to the pan.

Add the shredded pork and stir-fry until the shredded pork releases oil.

Add green pepper shreds and stir-fry until cooked through.

Add soy sauce and Maggi and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add cooked noodles.

Stir fry evenly.

Add salt and oyster sauce and stir-fry for 30 seconds, then turn off the heat.
