Reserve raw materials.

Wash and drain the pork chops, score them with a knife, and pat them with the back of a knife to soften them.

Sprinkle salt, pepper and cooking wine and marinate the pork chops for more than half an hour to add flavor.

Coat the marinated pork chops in cornstarch.

Coat in egg wash.

Coat in bread crumbs.

Put enough oil in the pan, fry the pork chops at about 175 degrees, and fry slowly over medium-low heat until both sides are golden brown.

Drain the fried pork chops from oil with kitchen towel and let cool.

Cut into strips and pour chili sauce on top.
