Overview

I bought a Dipu, half of it was fried with douban, and the other half was fried with the scallops I brought back from my trip to Hainan. It was very delicious!

  1. Wash and peel the purchased Dipu

  2. Cut into small pieces

  3. Wash the scallops, soak them in cooking wine, take them out and tear them into shreds

  4. Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic

  5. Add scallops and stir-fry

  6. Then add ground pudding and stir-fry

  7. Add some cooking wine left over from soaking the scallops

  8. Add some salt and stir well

  9. Add some water and boil until the juice dries up

  10. Just sprinkle chopped green onion before serving
