  1. Chop onions, ginger, cucumbers and carrots and set aside

  5. Heat the pan with cold oil and sauté the onion and ginger until fragrant, add the shrimp and carrot slices and stir-fry, add a small amount of salt, sugar and cooking wine, then add a small amount of water and simmer for 2 minutes
