  1. I bought a package of frozen salmon like this

  2. There are 6 pieces in a pack, each piece is individually wrapped

  3. Take a piece and defrost it, drain it with kitchen paper, sprinkle salt and freshly ground black pepper on both sides, and marinate for about 20 minutes

  4. Add olive oil to the pan and fry the salmon over low heat

  5. When one side is cooked, turn it over to the other side and fry both sides

  6. Take it out of the pan and squeeze a little lemon juice on it for a better taste
