Fried yam with pineapple
Overview
During the pineapple season, I bought two large pineapples and couldn't finish them. I found that the dishes were even more delicious. They were paired with yams and carrots and seasoned with Maggi umami juice. The colors were attractive, light and refreshing, delicious and nutritious.

Prepare all materials

Soak the pineapple in light salt water for 10 minutes, rinse repeatedly and slice into slices. Peel, wash and slice the yam and carrots. Soak the yam slices in cold water until just before frying

Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok and sauté the onions

Add carrots and stir-fry, add yam and stir-fry

Add pineapple and stir-fry

Add salt and American-grade umami sauce to taste

Add water starch to thicken the gravy and collect the juice

Remove from pan and plate.
