Wash the side dishes, cut them and set aside.

Soak the tofu skin and wash it again.

Soak the rice noodles in advance.

Prepare the chicken soup and put it into a small casserole (it can also be bone soup or your own stock).

Bring chicken stock to a boil again.

Add the rice noodles and cook over low heat for two minutes, just as soft and hard as you like.

Add the garnishes and cook for a few minutes until the ingredients are fully cooked.
