Leek box
Overview
Leeks have a strong taste but I think they are quite delicious😋. Not to mention the nutritional value of leeks, I only say that they are really delicious when made into a leek box! To be honest, 2 is not enough for me🤔🤔🤔

After weighing the flour, pour boiling water around 80 degrees (roughly enough if it is slightly hot to the touch) and stir it into cotton wool with chopsticks.
-
Knead the dough with your hands until the basin is smooth, about 5 minutes, cover it with plastic wrap and let it sit for 15 to 20 minutes
-
While the noodles are waking up, cut the leeks into fine particles (the leeks must be washed and drained in advance)
-
Fry the eggs and use chopsticks to quickly stir them into pieces in the oil pan
-
Pour a little cooking oil and a few drops of sesame oil into the pot. When the pot is hot, add the leeks, sprinkle some salt and quickly turn off the heat. This step only takes less than a minute
-
Crush the leeks, eggs, add the dried shrimps and five-spice powder and mix well
-
The leek filling is ready, and the dough is almost ready to be made into dough. Divide it into 2 portions
-
Use a rolling pin to roll it out until it is large and thin (not too thin, otherwise the filling will break, so it is better to be thicker), and use a bowl to press out a round dough. My bowl is larger than the ordinary bowl for rice. You can use a bowl for soup, but of course it cannot be too big😂🤣

Use a rolling pin to roll the scraps into a round shape. You can have about 10 pieces
-
Take one piece of dough and place the leek filling in the middle of the dough
-
Fold both sides in half and pinch tightly
-
Fold the lower right corner, press your thumb over the direction of your index finger, and fold it to the bottom. As shown in the picture, you can actually fold it any way, as long as it tastes good🤔
