Wash purslane

Put water in a pot, add some salt and a few drops of oil, bring it to a boil, add purslane and blanch it until it changes color

After blanching, remove from cold water, drain and place on a plate

Add minced garlic, minced chili, steamed fish soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar and sesame oil into purslane, mix well and let stand for 10 minutes

Peel the preserved eggs and cut into small pieces, place on a plate
