Ingredients: rice (preferably overnight), eggs, ham, garlic moss, green onions.

Crack the eggs with a little salt.

Add oil to hot pan and stir-fry eggs.

Fry the eggs into small pieces.

Cut ham and garlic into small cubes.

Heat a separate pan and add oil.

Cut the green onions into shreds and add to the oil pan and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add rice and stir-fry.

Add the prepared ham, garlic moss, eggs and stir-fry evenly. Add a little salt, soy sauce and MSG.
