Stir-fried beef tendon with onions, king oyster mushrooms
Overview
This dish is entirely a by-product of beef floss. Because when making beef floss, you need to remove all the fascia from the beef. Because the beef is cooked very badly, the fascia is actually very soft and can be eaten cold. But it was too cold, so I stir-fried it with some vegetables. It tasted very good and went well with rice. My son ate a bowl of rice with it and did not eat other dishes. I am such a beef lover, even these fascia are delicious when eaten.

Stir-fry the water in the king oyster mushrooms, so that the fragrance of the king oyster mushrooms can be fully stimulated, and the king oyster mushrooms will be more delicious

Add green pepper and onion shreds, and add appropriate amount of oyster sauce
