Ingredients
Steps
-
Thaw the chicken, cut it into slices of appropriate thickness, pat the grouse with the back of a knife, add soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, white pepper, and thirteen spices and marinate for 30 minutes to add flavor.
-
Set aside eggs.
-
Set aside bread crumbs
-
Reserve the starch, I used potato starch.
-
Dip the marinated chicken into egg liquid first, coat both sides with a layer of starch, shake it, not too thick, and then coat with bread crumbs.
-
Heat the oil pan to 60% heat, fry over low heat, flip over and fry after it floats. Remember to use low heat, so that the outside is crispy on the outside and the inside is tender, fry until golden brown, remove and control the oil.
-
I put in a few small sausages and cut them into rice-shaped knives, like small octopuses. You don’t have to put them in, because when the sausages are fried, oil will jump out of the pot, which is scary. Cut it with a knife and put it on a plate. I sprinkled one plate with chili powder and another plate with tomato sauce. Adjust to personal taste.
