Cordyceps Chicken Soup
Overview
Cordyceps flower is an artificially cultivated fungus that has the effects of relieving asthma and cough, aphrodisiac and kidney, and improving cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. It's autumn, and there are both young and old at home. Making such a delicious soup is really suitable for all ages. But Cordyceps flowers should not be cooked for a long time, so I set a time of 1 hour and 30 minutes to cook half a chicken. When the time is up, the chicken is rotten, then put the washed Cordyceps flowers into the pot, use the steaming function of the iron pot rice cooker, cook for another 5 minutes, then turn off the program and take it out of the pot.
