The slices and roots I mentioned are calculated based on this length. If the material is smaller, put more, and if the material is larger, put less.

Wash them all.

Use a knife to chop the sugar sharply and separate it.

Just use half a sugar.

Wash the eggs and fill a small bowl with three bowls of water.

Cover, bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook over low heat for 7 minutes.

Open the lid and crack the eggshells, close the lid and cook for 13 minutes.

Turn off the heat. Now there are two bowls in total.

Pour out a bowl, nine-tenths full, and eat while it's hot. Eat one bowl in the morning, heat it up and eat another bowl in the afternoon. This is a day's amount. You can choose to eat eggs in the morning or in the afternoon.
