Prepare ingredients as shown. The dried shrimps should be soaked and chopped into pieces in advance.

Put two eggs into cold boiled water, add salt and mix thoroughly and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the ginger paste and sauté the shrimp until fragrant.

Add minced meat and stir-fry until it changes color.

Add the fried minced meat to the prepared egg liquid.

Bring water to a boil, then reduce heat to low and steam for 6 minutes. (The steaming time should be adjusted appropriately according to the amount of eggs and the heat)

Sprinkle with chopped green onion and add some sesame oil to make it more fragrant.
