Have materials ready.

Soak dried radish in salt water to remove the salty taste.

Cut the pork belly into thin slices.

Cut the garlic into sections, mince the garlic and ginger; cut the pepper into sections.

Cut the dried radish into thin strips.

Heat the pot, add pork belly and stir-fry until oil is released. Remove.

If there is too much oil, remove some of it and add minced garlic and black bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add dried radish and chili and stir-fry for a while.

Add garlic and stir-fry until cooked.
