Lamb chops and radish soup

Eat radish in winter and ginger in summer. Radish is a very nutritious food. The combination of radish and lamb is very good.

Cut the lamb chops into pieces, wash and set aside.

Peel the radish and cut into cubes.

Put the lamb chops into the pot and add appropriate amount of water.

Cover and bring to a boil.

Skim off the scum with a spoon.

Add onion, ginger and salt.

Cover and simmer for 50 minutes.

Add the radish cubes and cook over low heat for another 20 minutes, then turn off the heat.
