Roll up the tofu skin, cut into thin strips and place in a bowl.

Cut the cucumber into thin strips and put it in a bowl.

Slice the green onions, mince the ginger, and wash the dried chili peppers.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced ginger and green onion slices, break open the dried chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant.
