  1. Prepare the required ingredients, add peach gum and water to soak for 15-24 hours. During the soaking process, change the water frequently to remove impurities. Change it every 5-8 hours on average. Soak the saponin rice in water for 15-24 hours. Soak Chou Er in appropriate amount of water for about 1 hour.

Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour. When it is about to come out of the pot, add rock sugar and wolfberry.
