I got enough for 2 people. Salt and alkali are added to the flour

This is the raw material for making beef noodles

Cut the beef into 3 cm square lumps, put it in a pot of cold water and boil it, beat the foam, don't pour out the broth, you will use it to cook the beef later. Put oil in the pot [I used half a pound] and grab a handful of peppercorns. Add beef and stir-fry until fragrant

Add dried chili peppers, bean paste, soaked sea peppers, soaked ginger, aniseed, and hot pot ingredients [I don’t have all the ingredients] and fry them until they turn red

Pour in the beef broth and simmer [follow the order]. I used it for 2 and a half hours and boiled it on low heat

It took me 2 hours to make the soup. The beef was just right. Just pick up the beef
