Garlic roasted oysters (oven)

This is my first time grilling oysters~ If they are only cooked fresh, then the roasted oysters are more fragrant than the boiled ones. Garlic, green onions, and pepper are added, and the taste is richer

Chop garlic, green onion and ginger into mince

Remove the shells from the oysters, wash the meat, add chopped green onion, minced ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, chicken essence, thirteen spices and cooking wine and simmer for a while

Wash the oyster shells and place them on a baking sheet lined with tin foil

Put the marinated oyster meat into the shell

Sprinkle pepper and minced garlic on the oyster meat. Put it in the oven at 200 degrees, middle layer, heat up and down, and cook for 15 minutes (the specific time depends on the individual oven conditions, my oven temperature is low), take it out and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
