Sad and ecstatic rice
Overview
I believe everyone is familiar with Stephen Chow's movie "The God of Cookery". The turkey inside and the bowl of ecstasy rice (barbecued pork rice) cooked by Stephen Zhou must be a fond memory of everyone's childhood. I just re-watched "The God of Cookery" yesterday, and suddenly I had the urge to make a bowl of ecstasy rice and share it with everyone.

Cut the onions into small pieces, marinate them with salt, MSG, sugar, honey, cooking wine, and ginger slices for 2-3 hours, skewer them, draw a few small flower knives, and bake on the electric grill for nearly 20 minutes. If you don’t have a grill, you can fry it in a pan.

Barbecuing meat and stewing rice can be done at the same time. Then fry a sunny-side-up egg in a pan, put it in a bowl and sprinkle some chopped green onion. A bowl of simple, delicious and sentimental rice is ready!
