Overview

I believe everyone is familiar with Stephen Chow's movie "The God of Cookery". The turkey inside and the bowl of ecstasy rice (barbecued pork rice) cooked by Stephen Zhou must be a fond memory of everyone's childhood. I just re-watched "The God of Cookery" yesterday, and suddenly I had the urge to make a bowl of ecstasy rice and share it with everyone.

  1. (The previous picture was not taken.) Cut the onions into small pieces, marinate them with salt, MSG, sugar, honey, cooking wine, and ginger slices for 2-3 hours, skewer them, draw a few small flower knives, and bake on the electric grill for nearly 20 minutes. If you don’t have a grill, you can fry it in a pan.

  2. Barbecuing meat and stewing rice can be done at the same time. Then fry a sunny-side-up egg in a pan, put it in a bowl and sprinkle some chopped green onion. A bowl of simple, delicious and sentimental rice is ready!
