Duck wings with finger sucking sauce
Overview
Braised goose webbing, the most common braised food, can be eaten in Guangzhou or other places across the country. Although sometimes it tastes good, most of the time it feels just a little bit different. Only in the Chaoshan area can you eat authentic braised food. The brine goosefoot is prepared with raw materials such as brine, cloves, aniseed, cinnamon, licorice, tangerine peel, anise, cumin, pepper, sand ginger, monk fruit, rose water and other raw materials. It leaves no trace of fragrance.

Cut duck wings into pieces, wash (remove broken bones)

After the water boils, add some ginger slices, garlic slices, cooking wine and duck wings and bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and simmer for about 10 minutes (to remove the fishy smell of the duck wings)
