Spicy Cabbage Twice-cooked Pork
Overview
Pork with a thick layer of fat has little or no clenbuterol. When I bought meat for my mother, I thought it was really good. The young master didn't like to eat lean meat, so he bought him a large piece of pork belly. Use spicy cabbage to make twice-cooked pork. Compared with stir-frying spicy cabbage with pork belly, I feel it is less greasy.
