The core part of white radish.

Washed white radish leaves, a small piece of southern tofu left at noon, and millet pepper.

Boil an appropriate amount of water in a pot, and blanch the white radish until it is raw. (It doesn’t matter if you blanch it for a while, it will still be green😍)

Cut the southern tofu into small cubes. This type of tofu is smoother and more tender than northern tofu, and has a good texture and is not broken.

Cut ginger, garlic, millet pepper, and blanched white radish into finger-shaped sections.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, add ginger, garlic, pepper, and millet pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.
