Homemade Sausage
Overview
When I was a child, my mother always stuffed sausages during Chinese New Year. At that time, I thought the sausages were the most delicious thing in the world. From the moment I put them in the pot, I kept asking my mother when they would be ready. It was even more delicious when dipped in garlic sauce. I happened to have some casings left at home, so I tried making them and the result was really good
