When I was a child, I didn't like mutton. I thought the smell of mutton was too strong. My father loved mutton.   7. Use the remaining oil from frying the lamb chops and fry the vegetables until slightly browned

  8. Place tin foil on the baking sheet and place the vegetables on the bottom, then place the lamb chops on top of the vegetables. Oven at 190° for 15 minutes. Take out the lamb chops and turn them over. Bake at 190° for another 15 minutes. If it is too dry, you can brush it with a little oil
